 Staff Counselling in Northern Ireland

Confidential staff counselling is available to companies. The aim of the service is to provide counselling and support to staff who have work or personal related concerns. Counselling is undertaken by Silvia Buet, BSc (Hons) Psychology.

Staff counselling can be of help when there are:

  • Work-related problems such as conflict, bullying, burn out or difficult relationships with colleagues.

  • Stress, depression, post-traumatic stress, phobias, panic attacks, anxiety or any other feelings causing distress.

  • Difficulties in personal relationships whether partner or family or within the workplace, including sexual issues.

  • Loss and bereavement

All personal information is treated in the strictest confidence and remains confidential to the counsellor. This is crucial for you to feel able to trust the service, knowing that it is safe to talk openly about what is happening. This strict confidentiality rule would only be broken, in most cases with the client’s consent, should exceptional circumstances arise which give the counsellor good grounds for believing that serious harm may be caused to the client or to others. This policy is in accordance with the code of ethics of the British Psychological Society.

More information about the Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) available please contact Anapsys for a proposal.
